How far is the walk?
The walk is just over five miles

Is there a time limit to finish the walk?
No, the walk is meant to be a stroll, so you can take it as easy as you like. we will have a committee member walking at the back to make sure all get home safely

Where does my entry fee go?
We will incur a few expenses to get the walk going, and so your entry fee helps us to ensure as much of your sponsorship as possible goes to the scientists at cancer research UK

Is there a minimum sponsorship
No, we want you to raise as much as you can, and as an added incentive, we have a trophy and a prize on offer to the person that raises the most.

How can I raise money?

Primarily this is a sponsored walk, and when you have registered, you will receive a sponsor form. Also you can get people to dedcate candle bags, which will light the way to the finish line. And feel free to do some fundraising of your own, by putting on a coffee morning, or holding a boot sale.

If I leave my car at the start line, how do I get back to it?
If you have this problem, please talk to us, and we will try and help out if we can

How can I return my sponsor money?
The committee will be holding a banking afternoon, a week or so after the Stroll, we will confirm date and times, as part of your welcome package. If you are unable to make it, please contact us on 07932211083, or email Lee on fun4life@btinternet.com 

What if I hand in my money after the banking day?
Any money handed in after the date, may not count towards your total for this year, or the amount we give to the charity; however, it will be banked and will go to next years total
